  • We utilize a secure and HIPAA compliant telemedicine software platform that allows us to perform your medical marijuana consultation completely through your internet connected desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
  • After registering, you have the option of meeting with the doctor immediately or scheduling an appointment in the future.
  • Our system will guide you through uploading a copy of your Californina State ID.
  • After your appointment with the physician, you will immediately receive an emailed digital copy of your recommendation. Your hardcopies will be mailed by the end of the same day. You can expect to receive it in 3-5 business days.

Step by Step Instructions for Your Online Appointment

Here’s how to get started on a desktop or laptop: 

  1. Download the internet browsers Google Chrome or Firefox.
  2. Go to the web address: http://app.evisit.com/#/enroll/sun-valley
  3. Create an account with your preferred email address and password.
  4. Fill out your personal information and answer any required medical questions.
  5. Click the green “Get your recommendation” button on our website to request your first virtual visit!
  6. You’ll be put into the virtual waiting room while your provider is reviewing your information.
  7. When your provider is ready to see you, a teal join button will appear at the bottom of your screen. Click on the teal Join button to start your visit!
  8. Your appointment will take approximately 15 minutes. Your credit card will not be charged until the doctor has certified you. Immediately after the conclusion of your appointment, our staff will email you a digital copy of your recommendation and will mail your original recommendation and ID card (if purchased) via first class mail.

  2. Go to the web address from your device: http://app.evisit.com/#/enroll/sun-valley
  3. Create an account with your preferred email address and password.
  4. Fill out your personal information and answer any required medical questions.
  5. Click the green “Get your recommendation”button to request your first virtual visit!
  6. Click on the pop-up that appears to download the eVisit app in your app store.
  7. When the app is fully downloaded, open it up and login with the credentials you used to create your account previously.
  8. Once you are logged in, you’ll be put into the virtual waiting room while your provider is reviewing your information.
  9. When your provider is ready to see you, a teal join button will appear at the bottom of your screen. Click on the teal Join button to start your visit!
